"Colors were true to the photos"
Just a heads up for anyone worried the colors might look totally different in person: mine looked really close to the pictures online. I was nervous the pink and blue would be off, but they were actually accurate, maybe even a little prettier in natural light. No weird color surprises at all, which was a relief. I’m happy with the order.

"Refund just took a little too long"
I ordered from puravidabracelets.com and ended up returning one of the bracelets. The refund did come through eventually, but it just took more days than I expected, and I found myself checking my email a few times for updates. Customer service was fine, not bad or anything, just kind of slow. I think 3 stars is fair.

"Helpful support, even though I was on the fence"
I had a small issue with my order and messaged customer service thinking I’d probably be waiting a while. I’ll be honest, I usually stick with another brand, so I was already kind of questioning whether I should’ve ordered here in the first place.
But they got back to me the same day and were genuinely nice about it. They fixed everything without me having to keep following up, which I really appreciated. Definitely made me feel better about giving them a try.

"Shipping was faster than I expected, honestly"
I ordered a few bracelets from Pura Vida and the shipping felt quick, right? I got the tracking info not long after placing the order, and the package actually showed up earlier than I was expecting. Everything was packed nicely too. I really don’t have any complaints and I’d definitely order again.

I’ve been wearing this bracelet pretty much every day, and it fits my wrist really well. It’s easy to loosen or tighten, which I appreciate. I guess I wasn’t totally sure at first if it would feel comfortable all day, but so far it’s been really nice.

I wear my Pura Vida bracelets in the shower and to the beach all the time, i keep waiting for them to start looking worn out already. But nope — they dry fast and the colors still haven’t faded. I was kind of surprised, in a good way. No problems so far, and I’m really happy with them.

I got a few bracelets from Pura Vida and the prices felt decent, especially after using a discount code I found somewhere. Shipping was fine too, not super fast but not a problem. They seem to run sales often, which makes it feel more worth it. The stuff is cute for the price, so I’d probably order again next time there’s a promo

I’ve been trying the Pura Vida bracelet club for a few months now, and so far it’s been nice. The colors are usually cute, shipping seems to be fairly quick, and I like having a small surprise show up in the mail. I did have a sizing issue once, but support got back to me fast and helped fix it...
